It’s our responsibility to correct incorrect orders, and any parents or school representatives with questions or concerns should call our customer service number directly, 303-679-9003. We have a friendly, responsive staff, and we believe it’s our job – not yours – to resolve any issues.
If there are missing photos, we’ll send them directly to parents at home. If parents have questions, we’ll answer them quickly and thoroughly. If parents are unhappy with their child’s fall photo, they can have their child photographed again on the school’s retake day. And if they’re still not satisfied, we’ll give them a full refund, no questions asked.
